UMR is a member of AMSRO, which represents the major research organizations in Australia. As members of AMRSRO we are bound by The Market and Social Research Privacy Principles. These came into effect on 1 September 2003 and replace the National Privacy Principles in governing the handling of information about the subjects of research for all AMSRO member organisations.
